Delivery

Once you have placed an order with us, we will do our maximum to ship your order as fast as possible. We ship all our flipbooks from our Berlin office. We use the standard post services to get it to you. Our parcels are all made so it gets to you without any damages. See our delivery times here.

We charge £3 per parcel for delivery. Shipping is for free from £30 order value. All orders made after 14/12/16 will likely not be delivered in time for Christmas. Please also note that all orders made from 20/12/16 will be first produced from 02/01/17 on.

What are your delivery times?

We ship your parcel as fast as possible via our special flying Wombats service so expect to receive it in under one working week (standard post delivery). See our table here for more details per country. We cannot be held responsible for any local post service disruption.

Can I track my order?

We sadly don't offer a tracked delivery yet. However, if you don't receive your parcel within the said delivery time, we can decide to ship you another copy of your product(s). See "What happens when my order gets lost?".

What happens when my order gets lost?

If you still haven't seen anything in your mail box after an extra 10 days wait, we will ship you another copy of your product. We won't be that nice if the parcel was lost due to customer's mistakes in filling out the "Shipping adress" field.

Where do you ship to?

In theory, we deliver through all of Europe via postal services but we only guarantee shipments for the following destinations : France, Germany, the U.K, Belgium, The Netherlands, Austria & Switzerland.

How can i check my order status?

We send you notification emails on a regular basis like for shipment confirmation for example.

What about customs and import duties ?

In case you live outside the Schengen Zone, you bear all occuring costs that may apply when going through customs.
